Question Does the state offer any internships in the area of public finance?

Answer Yes, the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) has a minority internship program. HFA along with co-sponsors Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley & Company, Salomon Smith Barney and Bear, Stearns & Company Inc. offer an established point of entry into the business of public finance. Each year, four interns are selected for the year-long program, which includes six months at the Agency and six months at one of the co-sponsoring private sector firms.
