Are there any exemptions from Insurance Continuing Education requirements?

 All licensed Agents, Brokers, Consultants and Public Adjusters must complete Continuing Education requirements as a condition of renewing these licenses. Those who are exempt from prelicensing education examination requirements because they sell Travel Accident and/or Baggage only and those who meet limited prelicensing requirements because they only represent certain Fraternal Organizations are not required to complete Continuing Education.
