 The Licensing Services Bureau’s Continuing Education Interactive Voice Response Telephone System, which provides information verbally or by faxback, can be reached by calling 518-473-5996 or by calling 518-474-6630 and selecting (17) then (0). This system provides information regarding Providers, Courses and Monitors by County. The Insurance Department’s Web site also contains Provider and Monitor information and can be reached using the Link below.
