 EFC administers the Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP), which provides small businesses, such as printers, metal and wood furniture manufacturers, auto body shops, drycleaners, and various other manufacturers, with free and confidential technical assistance about air emission requirements. The SBAP suggests measures to help businesses achieve compliance, including permitting assistance, pollution prevention, materials substitution, and process modifications.
