Where can patients direct questions or concerns about their treatment programs?
Most issues can and should be resolved between the patient and the treatment agency. If that does not succeed, current or former patients may call the
Client Advocacy Unit at the state Office of Alocholism and Substance Abuse Services (toll-free: 1-800-553-5790). Concerns range from patients rights to access to records to appropriate medications, etc.
