I just opened a package of food from my local grocery store and noticed that the product is spoiled or misrepresented on the label. Who do I call?

 If you have found food that has been spoiled prior to purchase or if the package misrepresents its contents, you should contact one of the Department of Agriculture and Markets’ five district offices.
