How can I be sure that the labeling on my product is correct?

 The Department of Agriculture and Markets has several divisions that regulate labeling. The following three divisions all have responsibilities in the labeling area for various products.
- The Division of Food Safety and Inspection
- The Division of Milk Control
- The Bureau of Weights and Measures

Because the labeling requirements are different for all products, your best bet is to obtain a copy of the label and send it into the Department. At that point, Department staff will be able to describe the required information for that product.
