Must I be paid for holidays and vacations?

 Only if your employer has established a policy to grant such pay. Employees are entitled only to those 'fringe benefits' (also called 'wage supplements') which their employer has promised to provide. Fringe benefits include, but are not limited to, reimbursement of expenses or tuition and payment for sick time, vacation, personal leave, and holidays.
