 You can make changes to your existing records by completing a voter registration form and checking the appropriate boxes pertaining to the changes you would like to make, then mailing the form to your local board of elections. Voter registration forms can be obtained by downloading one from the NYS Board of Elections web site, by calling 1-800-367-8683 or by calling your local county board of elections.
