 The New York State Department of Health's Office of Professional Medical Conduct investigates complaints about physicians, physician assistants and specialist assistants and monitors practitioners who are subject to Orders of the State Board for Professional Medical Conduct. To learn if a physician has been disciplined, or to file a complaint, contact the New York State Department of Health's Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC).
