 I applied to the DMV for a driver license, vehicle registration, vehicle plate, title certificate or other document, and I did not receive the document. What can I do?
 Contact the DMV.
If your question is about a driver license, learner permit or non-driver photo ID card, you must provide your DMV client ID number or your name and date of birth.
If your question is about a vehicle registration, vehicle plates or a title certificate, you must provide the NYS vehicle plate number or the vehicle identification number(VIN).
